PLEASE EXCUSE MY MESS AS I UPDATE  PHOTOS OF MY BREEDERS

We are breeders of quality HOME RAISED Poodles, Yorkies and Maltese . Our spaecalty Poodle solid and parti colors are Deep Red and Dark Chocolate. Our Traditional, Chocolate and Parti colored Yorkies are velvet soft. Our Maltese moms and dads are ALL CHAMPION SIRED. We have Champion and Velvet Touch lines. In my search to find the finest quality pups I have made some wonderful friends. I have also annoyed and angered some people in the process too and for that I am truly sorry. But the bottom line is to better the breed. I DO NOT BREED YORKIE POOS OR MALTI POOS EVER.

We own a large home on the outskirts of the city, with my husband, children and Grandson. Our dogs share our home with us 24/7. All of our Tiny babies are Potty patch trained because our winters can get so cold someday's they just can’t go outside. When weather permits they all go outside several times a day for playtime. What a hoot that is. We built them a play area that is easy to clean and is healthy for them. We use artifical turf so we do not use flea treatments nor do we have fleas. On hot summer days we stay outside and play in the puppy pool. We all get wet, seriously wet!

Let me give you a little insight of how I came to love and breed Poodles and small breed dogs. The first Poodle I ever saw was a crazy standard Poodle named Messieurs Monsieur. I was 6 years old and thought he was the greatest dog ever. We had a big fenced in back yard and a really long hallway in the house. He would run up and down the hallway and outside so fast back and forth he would sometimes run into the wall or us. I loved that crazy dog. I lived in foster care for several years but  I wasn't able to stay with him  for very long. The next small breeds I had contact with were my Aunts Toy dogs. They were really yippy and real ankle bitters. I lost a lot of enthusiasm for small breeds real fast. Soon I started to see all these little bitchy nipping dogs everywhere and thought I had lost all respect for them. I swore up and down I would never own a Toy Puppy, But…

Now lets jump to June 2004. I wanted to get a small dog that didn't shed as my allergies are going haywire after the birth of my 5th son. The more I read about and researched the Poodle, Yorkie and Maltese the more I was falling toward them. 4 months later I got my first baby Riley. He was the cutest Toy Parti Poodle I have ever seen. It was love at first sight. I soon got Remy my Silver Beige Tiny Toy. Realizing my Toy Poodle Riley got too big and my Tiny Toy Poodle Peanut stayed too small I needed to be more defined about what I was going to breed. I then started to look for very distinct size, shape, color and temperament and quality of my Parents. I came to know that those bitchy ankle bitters were not socialized by the breeders and owners and that this was not the temperament of the loving puppies.  I have gotten bit by the Poodle love bug really bad and honey there is no cure. And so here I am today expanding to Yorkies and Maltese.

~~~~~~~SOME LETTERS FROM OUR NEW PUPPY FRIENDS~~~~~~~
Lynn,
I have had apricot poodles since I was a little girl. Poodles are the smartest, sympathetic fun loving little dogs that act like a little kids. I have always had miniature toy apricot poodles as the 8 to 10 pounds dogs are so sturdy for little kids. When my husband knew that my last dog "Marbles" was going to die ~ he offered for me to get another puppy to avoid my depression (he sweetly said "For my Christmas present"). I was so excited as I had begged for another dog for years.  Marbles was 15 years old, gone blind and had to stay by my side every minute. When I got little "Lacie", Marbles even though he was blind he watched out for her. If Lacie was on the couch with Marbles ~ Marbles kept her away from the edges by pawing her. Then I lost my Marbles about 2 months later. It definitely helped to have Lacie with me during this sad time.
I have to tell you that little Lacie was so small at 24 ounces that I didn't know if I should ever leave her alone ~ So I didn't. I bought a Puppy Purse and Lacie loved it. She has grown to 4.5 pounds and she jumps in this purse every time I go out so that she can come with me. It is adorable - she even hides when I tell her to hide. (You can't go into some stores with a puppy - but if they don't see her . .. ) LOL.
Well as you know Naughty Nathan got Lacie pregnant. She did wonderful through her pregnancy. Lynn, you were wonderful with all my questions during the birth, before and after. I never felt so insecure and you were always there for me. Thank you.  It was one the saddest moment of my life. Both puppies died.
Lacie was devastated. I never imagined a dog would know that she was pregnant or that a few moments with the puppies would cause such a strong maternal instinct. She is such a caring, nervous dog during the birth and worse once the two boys died. That night at 1:00am it started -- Lacie came out of her bed and ran into the Nesting Box looking for the puppies. She cried and cried then went back to her bed. Again this happened 3 more times. I was in tears as her cries woke me each time. I wish she could have known the plan of the next day.
Lacie's sister, Lexie,  had had 3 little boys 9 days earlier. When you called me and told me that Lacie should raise one of her pups I went into a panic. We had to figure out if she would bond with this puppy ~ I was so emotional. I felt happy, sad, nervous, concerned for all parties involved. Lexie not raising her own pup - but you reassured me saying she didn't mind as she was content with her two other puppies. I was concerned  for you, me, Lacie and of course "Lilbit" that it was safe. I wish Lacie could have known the plan.
I spoke with my husband that night about names for the new puppy. We were suppose to adopt "Lilbit"~ Lacie's brother before we got Lacie in 2008. Lilbit never got to come home with us due to his untimely desmise.  So Skip and I thought it would be appropriate to name Lacie's new puppy after his Uncle and work really hard to give him the happiest, healthy full life.
So "Lilbit" has been with us for 3 days now. Lacie is an overprotect-ant Mother. If I sit by the cage, Lacie runs to the box and pushes her way in and paws the puppy closer to her. At night she wakes me up every time she feeds the baby, so I can help her stimulate the puppy to urinate. Yet, Lacie is learning to stimulate now - impressive. I try to get Lacie to go to outside  "make wee and make messies" - I have to force her to listen to me. She wants to watch the box and the people in the room, if she is not in the box with the baby.
I can't tell you how you have changed our lives. There are no words that truely express my feelings about what happened and what you have invested in us personally and emotionally. When you are ready to work on your design and renovation ~ I truely want you to call me. I will be there! If anyone says anything about my Lilbit when I have him out in a few months - I am going to be sure to let the world know about you and your beautiful puppies at Arrfs.com. I could not have found a more caring breeder anywhere!
Thank you soooo much!
Lacie, Lilbit, Cherie` and Skip are a VERY HAPPY FAMILY due to you ~ Lynn!
Oh yeah - My mother-in-law never liked dogs. She now tells everyone that if they are going to get a dog to get one just like Lacie. She is even baby sitting when I have to go out for both of them ~ I never thought I'd see that!
Good Evening Lynn,                                 2-18-11
I just wanted to let you know how Tartar was doing. She seemed to enjoy the car ride here. She slept the whole way :)  She spent most of her night exploring her new space:) She loved playing hide and seek with Dave. She is too cute!!  She took a liking to my youngest Emelie right away:) They are so cute together. Tartar will only let Emelie walk her. For the rest of us she just lays down and looks up at us with her sweet little eyes and says NOPE.. She slept without a sound last night. Today she has been bouncing all over the house:) She looks like a little bunny!  She loves Zoe's bed and pink bunny:) Zoe is sharing pretty nicely. I will have Dave upload pics and send them to you this weekend. THANK YOU for letting us bring her into our home. She is a GREAT addition to our family.  I know you are probably a little sad she is not there to keep you company but DON'T WORRY she is in a good place. I PROMISE!! Enjoy your weekend and I will talk to you soon:) Denise
Hi Lynn,
It's taken me some time to learn how to e-mail pictures, but I think I've got it now and am Trying to send you pics of Heidi (Bizzy ). We love her SO much.She is the most wonderful dog ever. Wherever we go people stop to ask about her and where we got her. Due to my husbands illnesses she is now his service dog in training and loving it.
Bob was hospitalized most recently in July for several days and when he found out that he wasn't coming home as planned, he became very despondant . I was going to ask his nurse to give him a sleeping pill. Instead she suggested I bring Heidi in to see him. The result was amazing. She was so gentle with him, sniffed his medical equipment, put her head on his shoulder and just lay in his arms till he was calmed down again and I knew he would be OK. Once heidi and I left him, he went right to sleep and got the rest he needed.
That convinced me that he needs Heid to be able to stay with him to keep him calm and keep his health stable.She is so intelligent that she learns very quickly and is devoted to Bob.He has told me many times that getting her is the best thing we ever did. I truly believe that she has helped to save his life and make it worth living. We can never thank you enough for raising such smart, loving, intuitive, wonderful dogs.(I almost feel guilty calling her a dog, she's just a little love) Thanks again,
                                           Cindy and Bob
